Plan, develop, and deliver theoretical and practical training for agricultural machine operators, ensuring content is updated and practices are applied correctly. Conduct theoretical and practical assessments, identify development opportunities, and provide guidance for performance improvement. Analyze operational performance indicators and propose actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Technical degree or ongoing higher education. Valid driver's license (category B). Experience or knowledge in forestry operations related to silviculture. Ability to develop and deliver technical training. Proficiency in Office Suite and ability to analyze performance indicators using data analysis tools.
