Software Engineering Manager

Lead the strategy and execution of the roadmap ensuring high-quality and impactful solutions. Manage and optimize monitoring strategies and post-production support to ensure platform stability. Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive the development of optimal technical solutions.

At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams under agile methodologies. Experience in development with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, or Golang. Solid knowledge in distributed architectures, system integration, and database scalability.
