Analyze customer and market data to evaluate financial results by service and customer profile, identifying improvement opportunities. Support operational, commercial, and analytical execution of pilots and new initiatives in collaboration with commercial and technology teams. Participate in meetings to track initiative results, consolidating learnings, recommendations, and next steps.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced knowledge in SQL, Data Visualization, data interpretation, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects and stakeholder communication.
