Staff Product Manager - Occupational Health (New Ventures)

Own product for the Occupational Health bet by translating the Founder/GM's commercial thesis into product requirements and a roadmap. Redefine workflows by questioning legacy steps and embedding AI into processes. Drive planning and measurement by setting OKRs and success metrics, and work closely with customers to ground product decisions in direct feedback.
Requirements
6+ years of product management experience, including building a product from zero to one. Experience in a highly regulated market such as health or HR tech. Strong analytical skills and comfort with AI technologies. Advanced English required for daily communication with stakeholders across multiple regions.
