Jr. Manager, Solutions, Bogotá - The Orchard

Serve as the primary representative of Orchard’s administrative teams to clients, addressing issues and gathering feedback. Manage complex digital release set-ups and advise on client product logistics. Ensure a positive client experience by troubleshooting problems effectively and coordinating with internal teams.

Fluent English proficiency required. Prior experience with CRMs preferred, but not required. Multilingual skills preferred, but not required.
