What You'll Do
Ensure the proper operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store's administrative processes, including inventory management and human resources.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing teams is required. At least 2 years of experience in sectors such as retail, fast food, or supermarkets is mandatory. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications is necessary.
What We Offer
The position requires availability to work in the afternoon/evening shift from 4 PM to midnight with one rotating day off. Living close to the Obrajes area is preferred.
