Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on projects with other areas. Plan resource distribution to meet weekly demand while exceeding performance metrics such as safety, quality, productivity, and operational deadlines.
Requirements
Experience in managing people and overseeing logistics, industrial, or distribution center operations. Knowledge in data analysis and tools for report creation and performance tracking. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for information analysis is desirable. Availability for on-site work in Queimados, Rio de Janeiro, with flexibility for different shifts including weekends.
