Lead continuous improvement projects in the Cajamar operational unit, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste sustainably. Map and analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable plans based on data. Act as a multiplier of the continuous improvement culture by training and engaging operational teams in agile tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields, with certification in continuous improvement. Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or higher is a plus. Practical experience in operational environments, with a proven track record in continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
