Perform auditing and verification of payment amounts to ensure accuracy. Maintain and update systems, actively managing the transition from manual processes to automated systems. Serve as a focal point for Finance, Product, and Fintech teams to resolve financial and operational challenges. Provide specialized support to real estate agencies and brokers through official channels, addressing inquiries regarding discrepancies in values and commissions.

Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables. Strong logical and analytical reasoning with a high affinity for numbers and data analysis. Proven experience in financial routines involving large amounts and payment flows. Experience in customer service through digital channels is also required.
