The role involves handling the entire pre-sale and post-sale process for consigned loans, from contracting to settlement, by clearly registering customer demands and understanding their needs to propose effective solutions. Responsibilities also include monitoring internal processes, ensuring timely resolution of demands, identifying process improvements, maintaining transparent communication, and contributing to performance indicators like NPS.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Production Engineering, or related fields. Required experience includes customer service, preferably in consigned loans, Reclame Aqui, and/or regulatory channels, along with strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
