The representative will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing player withdrawal requests to ensure timely and accurate payouts while handling related support tickets. Key duties include conducting fraud and risk checks, escalating suspicious activity to the AML/risk team, and coordinating with payment providers to resolve transaction issues.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, or fraud analysis, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing transactions. Required qualifications include familiarity with KYC, AML, fraud detection procedures, and strong written communication skills for coordinating payout issue resolution.
