Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

Review and evaluate compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, and transfers. Conduct regular analysis of external market data and compensation trends to provide up-to-date recommendations. Develop reports and conduct analyses to track the success of the compensation offer process. Work with HR on the effective management of Total Rewards data and technology.

Extensive experience analyzing internal and external market rewards programs. Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality reports on rewards metrics and data. Demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best practices.
