Core Responsibilities

Support a cohort of students through their learning journey by managing onboarding, engagement, and community building. Proactively resolve student issues and maintain comprehensive databases for up to 150 students.

Requirements

Requires at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large client volumes.
