Backup Operator
KyndrylCore Responsibilities
As a Backup Operator, you will perform batch operations, analyze first-level issues across systems, and resolve or route issues as appropriate. You will also develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements.
Requirements
The position requires 3 years of experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging, as well as proficiency with operating systems like Windows or Mac. Preferred experience includes troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking.
