CemexWhat You'll Do
Support the design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of HR digital solutions and employee support experiences. Analyze HR operational data and develop dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights on service performance. Manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
What We're Looking For
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
