10+ years of experience in software development, with a background in high-volume, high-concurrency distributed systems. Deep knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms and system optimization. Proven ability to analyze engineering trade-offs and design maintainable systems that cross team boundaries. Fluency in Spanish and excellent English skills are mandatory.

Remote-first work model allowing employees to live anywhere in Argentina. Option to work from Buenos Aires offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
