Be relentless in seeking continuous improvements in customer experience, especially for the INSS audience and other agreements.
Requirements
Experience in defining and tracking KPIs. Proficiency in data analysis (SQL/product metrics). Knowledge of payroll processing and payments. Familiarity with financial reconciliation and banking account structures. Heavy user of generative AI tools. Experience in banks or fintechs.
