Lead structured analyses on post-sale journey performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Monitor and evolve key indicators of the portfolio, such as delinquency, recovery, collection efficiency, SLA, customer satisfaction, and operational conversions. Collaborate with technology to define requirements, prioritize backlog, and track deliveries.
Requirements
Experience with data analysis applied to product or operations. Experience in improving or structuring operational processes. Familiarity with multiple stakeholders (operations, customer service, collections, finance, and technology). Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
