Requirements
Experience in the assistance market. Negotiation skills and alignment with suppliers. Experience with commercial teams. Experience in creating activation campaigns. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Knowledge of research tools and NPS, as well as customer journey mapping methodologies. Familiarity with AI tools.
