Core Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and delinquent accounts while ensuring accurate documentation in the client system. Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers to meet client and company goals.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 6 months of call center experience and 85%-90% English proficiency. Candidates must be proactive, service-oriented, and reside in Guatemala City.
