Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Review and advise on legal documents and commercial arrangements, ensuring alignment with WPP policies and risk frameworks. Manage relationships with external law firms and oversee litigation matters where required.
What We're Looking For
Qualified lawyer with experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Advanced written and spoken English.
