Provide operational support to Telesales and partners through communication, follow-up, and assistance in implementing processes and operational changes. Analyze operational performance indicators and metrics to identify trends and generate insights for improvement. Design and deliver training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational performance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. 2 to 4 years of experience in telesales operations, call center, customer experience, training, quality, or process improvement. Advanced English is mandatory.
