Core Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and documenting forward-looking financial and business-related projects, including preparing financial forecasts and reports for assigned business units. Responsibilities also involve supporting budget development, tracking variances, providing analytical recommendations, and preparing sales commission documents.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience, with a strong preference for 3 years related to calculating, tracking, and reporting sales commissions and performance bonuses, preferably in multinational companies supporting Latin America. Required knowledge includes GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, SOX requirements, and advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, Oracle Cloud, and PBI.
