The representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions according to client needs, and communicating initiative progress to stakeholders. They will also identify growth opportunities, collaborate with sales, and assist with client escalations and administrative tasks.
Requirements

Essential qualities include the ability to handle diverse tasks with attention to detail, manage priorities in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate empathy to proactively address client needs and challenges.
