Collect, record, interpret, and consolidate data on losses and operational inconsistencies, identifying trends through analytical methodologies and root cause studies to support strategic decisions. Develop visual tools and BI dashboards to monitor area indicators, preparing executive presentations for management support. Present results and propose solutions in performance meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Conduct operational audits and coordinate the implementation of improvements, procedure reviews, and corporate projects in collaboration with partner areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Law, or related fields. Proven experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Logistics, Quality, Inventory, or Industrial Operations, with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and investigation processes. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in dashboards and Business Intelligence tools.
