Evolve performance dashboards to ensure timely visibility of bottlenecks and service level deviations. Manage complex structured databases for operational diagnostics and maintain communication with international peers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Data Science, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams. Advanced SQL skills and experience in data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview. Previous experience in transportation control towers, preferably in e-commerce or cross border trade environments.
