Key Responsibilities: Own daily strategy and execution across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen. Manage and dynamically allocate budgets based on performance insights. Build and optimize campaign structures, including keyword strategy, bidding, and negative keyword management. Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap for creatives, copy, and landing pages. Manage Google Merchant Center, ensuring feed health and resolving product disapprovals. Deliver weekly performance reports and ad hoc analysis to leadership. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
Requirements
Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, ideally with six-figure monthly budgets. Strong expertise in campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting within Google Ads. Proven track record of achieving CAC/ROAS targets in a DTC e-commerce environment. Advanced understanding of performance metrics such as MER, CVR, and Impression Share. Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization. Proficiency in GA4 and A/B testing methodologies. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in health, beauty, or subscription-based businesses. Familiarity with attribution modeling and cross-channel audience strategies. Exposure to server-side tagging concepts.
