What You'll Do
Own strategy execution within a defined framework and contribute to sub-regional strategic planning. Translate operational pain points into learning solutions and manage launch readiness for Learning regarding new sites/processes. Define and track metrics measuring team progress and training effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field. Experience working with cross-functional teams and defining process improvement initiatives using data. Fluent in English and experienced in high-volume manufacturing environments.
