Core Responsibilities

The assistant will manage the executive's daily schedule, priorities, and calendar, while also engaging in research to support personal and professional growth. Key duties include leading internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, managing social media, drafting documents, handling confidential information, and coordinating travel and expenses.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent command of spoken and written English, be willing to work 40 hours per week at a time suitable for the client, and have at least one year of full-time experience, excluding freelance work without set schedules. Essential qualities include being super detail-oriented, trustworthy, reliable, capable of solving intricate problems, and possessing deep emotional and social intelligence, along with knowledge of Google Suite and AI tools.
