The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the complete execution and analytical review of payroll operations across assigned Latin American countries, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely payments while adhering to local labor laws and tax regulations. This role involves practical payroll processing, compliance supervision, audit support, and analysis, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Legal departments.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources, coupled with over 5 years of progressive payroll experience, preferably managing multinational payrolls in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, termination processes, internal controls, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are essential.
