Execute the monthly assignment of collections portfolios to External Agencies, Internal Back Office, and Voice Bots, applying defined distribution criteria. Build and maintain updated Power BI dashboards for management tracking and operational results, ensuring data consistency and timely availability. Manage and validate metadata dumps from collection calls, verifying completeness, consistency, and traceability.

Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. Intermediate SQL SERVER skills are mandatory, and Power BI knowledge is desirable. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data handling and cross-referencing are required. Previous experience in data, operations, or collections is valued but not mandatory.
