Core Responsibilities

Own strategic partnerships end-to-end by identifying, evaluating, and closing strategic providers that strengthen Bitso’s global payments stack. Lead commercial negotiations and SLAs, securing operational SLAs and establishing escalation paths. Run the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, driving structured vendor comparisons and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Work with Product and Engineering to define integration scope and ensure smooth day-to-day performance with Ops teams.

Requirements

Experience across the US, EU, and LATAM payments and financial ecosystem. Strong end-to-end ownership from inception to delivery, with excellent negotiation skills. Proven ability to present and influence leadership and key stakeholders. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
