Key Responsibilities: Prepare permit-ready irrigation system drawings using AutoCAD. Produce accurate as-built drawings based on field updates. Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records. Track permit submissions and documentation status. Update customer and project records throughout each project. Support field technicians by incorporating field changes into project drawings. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized. Assist in maintaining documentation standards and design consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience creating technical drawings. Experience producing construction or permit-ready documentation. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience with irrigation system design. Familiarity with construction documentation workflows. Experience supporting permitting processes. Exposure to GIS, civil drafting, or related design software. Background working with US-based construction or engineering firms.
