Core Responsibilities

The analyst will execute and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned countries, manage the employee documentation lifecycle, and contribute to process standardization and digitalization initiatives. Key duties also involve maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and preparing/validating payroll inputs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Human Resources or Business Administration, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or People Services, preferably in a multinational setting. Essential knowledge includes local Argentine labor regulations, strong communication skills, learning agility, and analytical capabilities, with advanced English proficiency being mandatory.
