Lead the technical construction of digital experiences for Mercado Pago, transforming complex business and financial operation problems into clear, reliable, and scalable interfaces. Collaborate strategically with design, product, and engineering professionals to define robust solutions and anticipate technical constraints. Design, implement, and orchestrate AI agents and tools to optimize exploration tasks, interface generation, documentation, visual testing, accessibility, and technical consistency validation.

Solid background in product design, frontend engineering, design systems, or related hybrid roles. Proficiency in user experience design, interaction design, and product design, with the ability to translate visual decisions into stable production code. Experience in applying generative artificial intelligence for design and development, including the use of models for interface generation, review, and testing.
