The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including reviewing and filtering candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements for roles in Brazil and Egypt. This involves utilizing the Workable ATS to organize candidate information and conducting interviews to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Essential qualifications include strong attention to detail, familiarity with ATS and job boards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
