Legal Contracts Specialist

Provide end-to-end contract support primarily for U.S. businesses, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Manage routine contracting matters and escalate complex issues to appropriate attorneys. Collaborate with legal teams and business stakeholders to understand contracting needs and facilitate processes.

2+ years of experience in contracts or legal services; bachelor's degree preferred. Full professional fluency in English, with the ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements. Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and experience with U.S. contracts preferred.
