AI Strategy Lead | Enterprise Architect

Lead the execution of the AI roadmap, ensuring progress across all dimensions and validating technical adherence to architectural decisions. Act as the operational interface between execution squads and corporate architecture, facilitating collaboration and governance. Support risk governance by collaborating on topics such as Model Risk and regulatory compliance.

Experience in software deployment and SDLC processes, preferably in financial institutions or regulated companies. Familiarity with the ecosystem of AI agents and LLMs, along with agile methodologies and technical KPI management. Ability to communicate technical decisions and risks to execution squads and business stakeholders.
