Assist unit manager by providing guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures. Conduct time studies and process observations at various operational sites. Participate in the collection and management of operational information, documenting processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze numerical information.
