Coordinate quality activities in distribution centers. Map operational processes and identify critical failure points. Monitor order quality from entry to dispatch. Investigate customer complaints and implement action plans.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in Quality, continuous improvement, or process management. Knowledge of quality methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Leadership experience in team coordination.

Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum presence of two days per week in the Jundiaí distribution center. Travel to other units approximately 20% of the time.
