The Cultural Coach provides culturally responsive case management and support to young people from diverse backgrounds to help them overcome barriers to employment and education. This role involves building trust, delivering crisis intervention, and collaborating with community partners to foster engagement and social inclusion.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline and possess demonstrated experience in youth case management. Proficiency in a second language such as Dari or Persian is highly desirable, along with a valid driver's license and strong administrative skills.
