Core Responsibilities

The Cultural Coach provides culturally responsive case management and support to young people from CALD backgrounds to help them overcome barriers to employment and education. This role involves leading crisis interventions, facilitating workshops, and building strong networks with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline and possess demonstrated experience in youth case management. Proficiency in a second language such as Dari or Persian is highly desirable, along with a valid driver's license.
