Head of Banking - Openbank Mexico

Define the end-to-end banking strategy for Openbank Mexico, including product scope, customer segments, value proposition and growth roadmap. Own the banking P&L, balancing customer growth, balances, pricing, funding economics, fees and profitability. Lead end-to-end management of the banking business, actively managing customer growth, balances, activity, retention, returns and customer value.

Significant senior experience in retail banking, digital banking, deposits, payments, fintech or financial services. Proven track record defining or scaling banking strategies, deposit propositions, payments or digital banking products in a regulated environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
