Lead development teams in multivendor environments. Design and develop solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Define and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices. Coordinate technically with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead in software development projects. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs. Experience with Git, CI/CD processes, Docker, and Kubernetes.
What We Offer
The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote and on-site work in Lima, Peru.
