Facility Management Associate

Coordinate the execution of Facility Management processes for high, medium, and low complexity. Manage maintenance interventions and user requests, and oversee FM contracts. Support special projects such as renovations and expansions, ensuring technical compliance and project design considerations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance. Strong technical skills in reading plans and managing supplier supervision.
