Ops. Manager

Lead AI and automation initiatives across Input Validation operations. Identify inefficiencies and convert them into measurable improvement opportunities. Partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, Quality, and Operations teams to deliver transformation projects. Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data-driven governance models to support decision-making.

5+ years leading operational teams in shared services, data operations, BPO, business operations, or similar environments. Experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Python, or similar.
