Manage and administer complex schedules. Organize and resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide support to high-level executives, including directors and superintendents. Coordinate corporate travel and manage expense reimbursements. Assist with general administrative tasks and organize internal corporate events.
Requirements
Solid experience as an Executive Secretary. Experience supporting high-level executives (Directors, Superintendents, and C-Level). Bachelor's degree required. Advanced English proficiency. Experience managing complex schedules and organizing corporate travel and events.
