The Partners Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive programs to ensure that Kushki's distribution partners are fully enabled operationally, commercially, and technically. This role combines training, partner enablement, process design, and the strategic use of artificial intelligence to optimize partners' learning curves and operational adoption.
Requirements
Candidates should have a university degree in relevant fields and 3 to 5 years of experience in training, enablement, or similar roles, ideally in fintech or technology. Practical knowledge of digital tools and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business-oriented content are essential.
