Salesforce Technical Lead

Lead Salesforce squads responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and delivery of critical business solutions. Act as the main technical reference for developers and external partners, ensuring best practices in development, architecture, and governance. Coordinate the complete development cycle from technical demand understanding to deployment, support, and stabilization in production.

Solid experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Previous experience as a technical reference, Tech Lead, or technical leadership of development squads. Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, and distributed architectures.
