Cloud Sales Order Specialist

Own a queue of sales support tickets from intake through resolution, meeting defined SLA targets at each stage. Conduct discovery conversations with Advisors and customers to identify the right cloud products and solutions within the AppDirect Marketplace. Build and deliver accurate quotes for SaaS and IaaS subscriptions, managing deal registrations and discount approval workflows.

1+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or cloud service support, with hands-on exposure to SaaS or IaaS subscriptions. Experience using ticketing or CRM tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Jira to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
